What we collect

Report submissions: the artifact, platform, persona description, narrative, and optional amount you provide. Reporter email (optional): used solely for moderation follow-up and never published, sold, or added to marketing lists. Dispute correspondence: retained as part of the listing’s review history. Search queries on this site are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

How report data is used

Approved report content (artifact, platform, persona costume, narrative excerpt) is published to the registry. Reporter identity is never published. We may share report data with law enforcement upon lawful request, and we cooperate with fraud investigations.

Third-party services

Form submissions are processed by Web3Forms (delivery to our moderation inbox). Hosting is provided by our infrastructure providers. Each processes data under its own policy; we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

Retention & removal

Published listings persist as registry records, subject to the dispute process. Unpublished/declined submissions are retained up to 12 months for moderation integrity, then purged. To request deletion of your submission or correspondence, email reports@romancescamdirectory.com.
